(A) Treatment: F1,192= 3.36, p = 0.086, interaction (age × treatment):F1,192 = 3.48, p = 0.0001; (B) treatment:F1,176 = 4.74, p = 0.045, interaction (age × treatment): F1,176 = 2.77, p = 0.0024. Significant(*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01) difference between oxytocin- and NaCl-treated rats, assessed by a t test.
