Abstract
A modified photogoniodiffusometer has been used for the accurate determination of the minimum intensity for the Hh component of the light scattered from various suspensions. The angular position θm of this minimum depends both on the shape and on the optical anisotropy of the scattering particles. A few examples are presented showing that the theoretical relations are correct.
