(b) Validation using murine a single-cell transcriptome database (GSE52583) of Sftpc+ cells in E18.5 and P107 murine lung37. A hierarchical clustering of 106 single cells was performed using 134 of 144 genes that corresponded to the human genes described in Figure 5e. The color bars at the left and right of the heat map indicate the developmental stages of murine Sftpc+ cells and AT1-marker based classification of Sftpc+ cells defined in Figure 5b, respectively.
