Sequence of T4, T2 and T6 Bacteriophage Species I RNA and Specific Cleavage by an E. coli Endonuclease

Abstract

A phage T4 RNA species with structural similarity to tRNA, has been sequenced, and its sequence compared with sequences of related molecules in T2 and T6. An E. coli endonuclease specifically cleaves these tRNAs.
