Tryptophanyl-tRNA and Tryptophanyl-tRNA Synthetase are not Required for in vitro Repression of the Tryptophan Operon

Abstract

Neither tryptophanyl-tRNA nor tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase is required in vitro for regulation of transcription of the tryptophan operon of Escherichia coli.
