Linear Sequence of Proteins of Escherichia coli 50S Ribosomal Particles

Abstract

THE ribosomal proteins of Escherichia coli have been extensively purified and characterized1,2; but since the structure of ribosomes is not well understood, we havs studied the linear sequence of the proteins on a ribosomal RNA of E. coli Q13.
