These data are obtained from micromagnetic simulations. The black and the red lines refer to the magnetization in the top and in the bottom discs, respectively. (a,c) The dynamics for equally aligned vortex core polarities. (b,d) Cases of oppositely aligned cores. Compared with the states of equal core polarities, the trajectory radius of the bottom vortex is strongly reduced when the core polarities are antiparallel.
