The contour plot of this fitted regression model displays high levels of ACSS2 enrichment in red and low levels in blue, and is overlaid with the scatter plot of the independent gene expression variables. The visualized model demonstrates that high ACSS2 enrichment corresponds to increased gene expression in differentiated CAD neurons.
