Binzel and Alissa Earle (both affiliated with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139, USA). In addition, the vertical scale in Fig. 3 should be read in metres, not kilometres. These errors have been corrected in the online versions of the Letter.
