Indels calculated on a per nucleotide basis throughout an amplicon surrounding the sgRNA-1617 and -1621 cleavage sites (dotted lines). An indel enrichment ratio was calculated by dividing normalized indel frequencies in the HbF-high pool by those in the HbF-low pool.
