Since the publication of the above article, the authors of the above paper have noticed an error in Figure 1. In the pedigree presented (Figure 1i), vertical connectors to individuals II-1 and II-2 were incorrectly omitted. The corrected version of the figure includes these vertical connectors to the horizontal bar. This correction does not alter the results and their interpretation as discussed in the paper.
