The 21st Annual Meeting of CAST is a high-profile scientific event aiming to deliver a series of high-level international activities for the science community, government authorities, and industry to access and share information, exchange ideas and insights, develop closer ties, and promote international exchanges.

This event will consist of 30 exciting sessions, including the Forum on Development and Governance of Science and Technology Associations, the 2nd Forum for World STM Journals, Forum on Machinery Manufacturing and Intelligent Manufacturing Technologies, and more.

Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province and one of the largest cities in northeast China, is notable for its unique combination of Chinese and European architectural styles. Its special historical heritage and geographical location have created an exotic, beautiful city. It has brought together the history and culture of northern ethnic minorities, and has integrated cultures of east and west.
