The pandemic's unequal toll

The pandemic has touched every corner of the globe, but its impacts have not fallen equally. In this video we are going to delve into the latest data and projections in two fundamental areas - health and wealth. The pandemic has exposed pre-existing stark inequality, and in some worsened the problems. By laying these impacts bare, scientists hope to better understand the extent of existing disparities, and maybe even seek solutions in the future.
