Print job completed: a bendable image display

A display based on organic light-emitting diodes has now been produced entirely by 3D printing.

Devices called organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) can be used to make computer screens and smartphone displays that offer better image quality and energy efficiency than other display technologies, such as liquid-crystal displays. Now, flexible OLED displays have been produced entirely by 3D printing1.
