Abstract
SEVERAL malignant tumours1–4 and benign dental cysts5 resorb bone in tissue culture. As prostaglandins can resorb bone6 and the mouse fibrosarcoma synthesizes PGE2-like material7, we studied the possibility that the resorption factor produced by dental cysts is a prostaglandin.
