Abstract
THE observation of the 21 cm line absorption in pulsars may lead to upper and lower limits of their distance using a galactic rotation model1–3. Knowledge of the distance of pulsars and the measure of their dispersion and absorption profiles provide information on the interstellar electron and neutral hydrogen densities4.
