Abstract
Two major 7S immune globulins in sheep serum have been described1,2. The electrophoretically more anodic of these is secreted selectively into colostrum1 and milk3. Harrison and Madge4 showed in double diffusion tests that heavy chain preparations from the two immunoglobulins partially cross-reacted, and claimed that they were subclasses of IgG. We have found the same relationship using an alternative method.
