Genetic Analysis with Human—Mouse Somatic Cell Hybrids


Somatic hybridization between mouse cells and human leucocytes confirms the X-linkage of 8-azaguanine resistance in man and suggests that human lactate dehydrogenase A and B genes are not linked.
