In vivo Studies of the FBJ Murine Osteosarcoma Virus

Abstract

FINKEL et al.1 have isolated a virus from a spontaneously occurring osteosarcoma in a 260 day old CF1/Anl mouse. This virus (FBJ) was shown to induce tumours histologically similar to the original tumour from which the virus was isolated. Here we describe further studies of this virus.
