Morphological Conversion, Hyperconversion and Reversion of Mammalian Cells treated in vitro with N-Nitrosomethylurea

Abstract

Mammalian cells, spontaneously neoplastic, rendered so by polyoma SV40, Rous virus, carcinogenic hydrocarbons, or latently infected by an unidentified non-oncogenic agent, were more sensitive to the toxic action of N-nitrosomethylurea than cells not so altered.
