Abstract
STUDIES in our laboratory have been concerned with the mechanism by which various types of oestrogens influence the hypothalamo–hypophyseal–gonadal interrelationship1. This letter deals with the comparative action of several non-steroidal, oestrogen-related substances on the sexual development of female rats after treatment at 5 days old.
