Abstract
FERTILIZED sheep ova have been shown to continue cleavage to the early blastocyst stage after transfer to the reproductive tract of the female rabbit1. This in vivo culture technique has facilitated the long distance transport of sheep ova2. This report suggests that a similar technique may be applied to cattle ova.
