Abstract
PURIFIED preparations of the immunoglobulin A (IgA) of human sera are often contaminated by some other protein constituents. In the course of attempts at further purification of IgA isolated from the sera of atopic patients, interesting observations were made on the salt solubility of the reaginic activity present in those preparations. Such observations are the subject of the present report.
