Abstract
MURINE leukaemia viruses are generally obtained either from plasma or tissues of leukaemic mice or from tissue culture supernatants by differential centrifugation in a citrate buffer, as described by Moloney1. This method, however, results in loss of about 90 per cent of the initial leukaemic activity2.
