Toxicity of Boron to Rice

Abstract

IN the course of a study on the chemical retardation of soil reduction as a remedy for physiological disorders of the rice plant, we observed that despite this retardation by calcium nitrate and manganese dioxide the foliar symptoms persisted in one of the four soils studied.
