Abstract
McFarland and Heilman1 have described the attachment of lymphocytes to macrophages and to transforming blast cells in cultures of leucocytes derived from the mixed venous blood of two unrelated donors. The purpose of this communication is to direct attention to a similar type of association between small lymphocytes and large motile cells, which has been observed repeatedly in cultures of rabbit thymus.
