A New Mould D-Amino-acid Oxidase

Abstract

D-AMINO-ACID oxidase has been found in mammalian tissues1, bacteria2,3 and moulds4–7, and the enzyme has been used for many purposes, such as the determination of D-amino-acids, the optical resolution of DL-amino-acids and the preparation of α-keto acids.
