Abstract

SOLUBLE proteins of rat and rabbit liver have been labelled1 with iodine-131 using the chloramine T radio-iodination procedure2,3. In this communication the distribution and fate of liver 131I-proteins in relation to the chloramine T and iodine monochloride4 (ICl) procedures are described.
