Changes occurring in the Excretion of Radiorubidium by Saliva in Rats after Whole-body Irradiation

Naturevolume 199pages10081009 (1963) | Download Citation

In a previous report1 we concentrated on the excretion of radiosodium by saliva in irradiated rats. In the work recorded here we investigated the excretion of rubidium the metabolism of which resembles that of potassium and which consequently occurs mostly in the intracellular compartments.
