Abstract
IT has been shown that patients with gargoylism (Hunter–Hurler syndrome) have abnormal deposits of mucopolysaccharides in various organs1. Inclusions of mucopolysaccharide have also been found in a proportion of the lymphocytes from peripheral blood2. We wish to report some observations made on lymphocytes in cell cultures obtained from gargoyle patients.
