Abstract
TRITIATED thymidine solution with an activity of 200 µc./ml. was injected intraperitoneally into male mice 2 months old and weighing about 40 gm. The solution was given in six fractions of 0.25 ml. over 2 days, making a total dose per mouse of 300 µc.
