Abstract
THE properties of the trypanocidal drugs obtained from the coupling reaction of m-amidinobenzenediazonium chloride and homidium chloride have been described by Wragg, Washbourn, Brown and Hill1, and Berg2. Metamidium was the mixture of the red (I) and purple (II) isomers (45 and 55 per cent respectively), and isometamidium was the pure red isomer (I).
