Effects of Light and Optical Sensitization by Acridine-Orange on Living Bull Spermatozoa

Abstract

CONTINUATION of investigations on the effects of vital fluorochroming of bull spermatozoa with acridine-orange1 has now confirmed the view that the observed adverse effects may be attributed to photodynamic action exerted by the fluorochrome.
