Biochemical Chlorination in Streptomyces aureofaciens

Abstract

THIS communication is concerned with the effect of chlorinated fatty acids on the formation of chlortetracycline. Experiments were carried out with shake cultures of Streptomyces aureofaciens, strain B-28 (ref. 1).
