Depressing Activity of Meprobamate on the Reticulo-Endothelial System

Abstract

DATA in the literature point to tranquillizers as drugs having a certain influence on the responsiveness to infections. Patients treated with reserpine or chlorpromazine have decreased resistance to infectious diseases1,2.
