Abstract
WELL-EXPOSED Laue and oscillation photographs of vanadium single crystals show several streaks which can be easily distinguished from the Laue and Bragg spots and also from the diffuse areas of thermal scattering. Most of the following observations were made on specimens having at least one fairly bright (100) cleavage face of area 12–30 mm.2. The specimens were electropolished.
