Abstract
IN recent years the proteins cytochrome c 1, ribonuclease2, lysozyme3, and hæmoglobin4 have been successfully chromatographed on the carboxylic acid ion-exchange resin ‘IRC 50’. Experiments with proteins on the sulphonated polystyrene ion-exchange resin ‘Dowex 50’ have also been reported5.
