Abstract
MR. WEDMORE has done a further service to beekeepers by bringing together, discussing and criticizing in his latest book the available data on the subject of hive ventilation. This is a subject to which Mr. Wedmore has devoted considerable time and on which he speaks with authority. It is, of course, of the very greatest importance to a proper understanding of those conditions which are necessary to ensure satisfactory living conditions for colonies of hive-bees both in winter and summer.
