CREEP OF METALS

Abstract

AT a conference organised by Sir Charles Darwin, and held at the Royal Society on February 5, opportunity was given for physicists, engineers and metallurgists interested in the 'creep', or continuous slow deformation under load, of metals to compare their findings and express their several points of view.
