THE broadsheet, “America and Britain”, which has recently been issued by Political and Economic Planning (P E P) directs attention to some of those technical aspects of co–operation between Great Britain and the United States, which are as important for the implementing of common policy and the achievement of common purposes as the great traditions and ideals on which Anglo–American co–on is ultimately based.
