Abstract
THE author of “Form- und Stoffweehsel der “-Golgi-Körper” attracted attention by his papers published in 1931, in which he claimed that the zymogen granules of the pancreas acinus cells originated not inside the Golgi apparatus, but drifted into that position from the base of the cell, where they originated in contact with the mitochondria.
