Abstract
(1) IN NATURE of July 17, Dr. Stenz1 expresses the opinion that not more than 3000 stones fell near Pultusk in the famous meteorite shower of January 30, 1868, and that only a curious mis-reading of a chemical analysis led to the usually quoted number of 100,000 stones.
