Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) treatment inhibits the phosphorylations of focal adhesion kinase (FAK), ERK1/2 and AKT in tumors. Western blot analysis of tumors from vehicle-treated or THC-treated (5 mg/kg body weight for 21 days) animals was performed using phospho-specific antibodies, as indicated. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was used as a loading control.
