Nystatin prevents death receptor-mediated cell death in resveratrol-treated HT29 cells. HT29 cells were left untreated or treated with either resveratrol (R30: 30 μ M for 48 h) or CH11 antibodies (as in Figure 2) or nystatin (20 ng/ml for 12 h). Cells were also exposed to resveratrol alone for 24 h before adding CH11 antibodies (R30/CH11) for 12 or 24 h, in the absence (control) or presence (nystatin) of 20 ng/ml added for the last 12 h of treatment
