Immunohistochemistry analysis of L552S using affinity purified L552S polyclonal antibodies. Illustrated here are results of immunohistochemical staining on tissue sections of two different lung adenocarcinoma samples (a,b), lung squamous cell carcinoma sample (c), normal lung alveoli (d), normal trachea (e), normal bronchus (f), normal pancreas (g), normal ovary (h), normal cerebellum (i), normal artery endothelial cells (j), and two normal liver samples (k,l). Strong nuclear staining was observed in lung adenocarcinoma samples (a,b). Arrows denote light cytoplasmic staining in artery endothelial cells (j) and very light cytoplasmic ‘dot-like’ staining in one of the liver samples (k) (see Table 1 for the summary)
