Northern blotting analysis of genes induced by transformation with LMP1. Total RNA (5 μg) from MDCK cells (lane: MDCK), MDCK cells transfected with control plasmid (lane: neo), and two clones of LMP1-transformed cells (lanes: LMP1-2 and LMP1-3, respectively) were electrophoresed in a gel, stained with ethidium bromide (bottom), and then examined by Northern blotting probed with 32P-labeled LMP1 (panel: LMP1), PAI-1 (panel: PAI-1), uPA (panel: uPA) and ets-1 (panel: ets-1) cDNA fragments
