Abstract

BIRMINGHAM.—At a Degree Congregation held on July 10 the Vice-Chancellor (Sir Gilbert Barling, Bart.) conferred the following degrees:—Doctor of Science: Frederick Challenger, Arthur Hubert Cox, Harold Ashley Daynes, and John Leslie Haughton.
