Abstract

IF the internal heat of the earth is mainly due to the radium present therein, must we not assume that the same is the ease with the moon? If such were the case, then the internal heat of the latter would be far greater than we have hitherto supposed, and it would be difficult tcs explain the lack of volcanic activity there.
