Abstract
LONDON. Chemical Society, June 17.—Prof. Dewar, President, in the chair.—The following papers were read:—Molecular refraction of dissolved salts and acids, Part ii., by J. H. Gladstone and W. Hibbert. The molecular refraction of a salt in aqueous solution is sometimes, greater and sometimes less than that of the same salt in the crystalline state.
