The Anniversary Meeting of the Royal Society


    THE Anniversary Meeting of the Royal Society took place as usual on St. Andrew's Day, November 30, when the President, Prof. Huxley, delivered his address; after which the Fellows elected the officers of the Society for the year, whose names we have already given in NATURE, Nov. 8, p. 43.
